Ms Mbaye is the Financial Director, Financial and Sectoral Affairs at the National Treasury. She has more than 10 years experience in public finance and project management, having worked at the National Treasury for many years. She holds a joint Master's degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Egerton University and the University of Pretoria, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness Management from Egerton University.
