Ms. Beatrice Kamamia is a member of the Board of Directors by virtue of her leadership role at the Federation. She has a wealth of experience in labour, religious and political circles, having previously served in various capacities such as the National Coordinator and Executive Director at the Christian Workers Movement, elected Councillor for Kianda Ward in Thika Municipal Council, Deputy Mayor and Board member of the Thika Municipality. She is an astute business lady. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development and Resource Mobilization, a Diploma in Community Development, and a Diploma in Modern Management and Administration.
