Ms. Ednah Chebet Chepkwony is a seasoned education administration and management specialist with more than 20 years of experience in leadership, public-service management and education-policy implementation.

She has served at county and national levels, providing strategic direction in governance, resource mobilization and stakeholder engagement.

County and Education Leadership

She held senior leadership positions in the County Government of Kericho, including County Executive Committee Member for Public Service Management and County Executive Committee Member for Education, Youth Affairs, Sports, Culture and Social Services.

In these roles, she spearheaded reforms that modernized service delivery, strengthened education systems, mainstreamed gender policies and enhanced public-sector governance.

Before joining county leadership, she served for many years as a principal in leading secondary schools.
